For any reason, not entirely happy with your donation and if by mistake donated a wrong amount or for the wrong purpose, you are permitted to interchange the purpose or else if you want refund of your donation amount either partly or fully, we will cheerfully issue a refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your transaction details within 30 [thirty] days of your donation. Please include your transaction number with your full contact details and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take donor’s feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for the donations made in kind like rice, vegetable, groceries, old clothes, furniture as these cannot be identified easily. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
As RUKMANIDEVI CHARITABLE TRUST is a charitable institution, there is no shipping of product and its delivery is involved.
We, as a charitable institution shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
